Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended for both of our locations. Although we do leave room for “walk-in” guests, wait times will vary and we can’t guarantee seating. Please note that reservations can only be made by phone.
Robson Street (604-689-4272)
Reservations are not available between 6:00pm-8:00pm.Reservations made during the first sitting (5:30pm – 6:00pm) are requested to “return” the table by 8:00pm in order to accomodate guests arriving for the 8:00pm seating.
Kitsilano (604-738-4272)
Reservations are available from 5:30pm onward.
LARGE PARTIES
We can accommodate groups of up to 25 people at each location. For groups larger than 25 guests, “buy-out” options are available. Please contact us for more information.
To ensure exceptional service for groups of 12 or more guests at our Robson Street location, and 13 or more guests at our Kitsilano location, we only offer our “omakase” (set) menu at $35 per person inclusive of applicable taxes and gratuities.
Each dish in the omakase menu is roughly portioned for four guests. For example, a group of 16 guests will receive four plates of each dish. We have found that the number of dishes in the omakase menu strikes the right balance between light and heavy appetites and extra orders are rarely required.
We’re happy to make adjustments to our omakase menu for your group to accommodate guests with specific dietary requirements or any other reason, but request you inform us at the time of booking or confirming your reservation. Please note that changes to the omakase menu may affect price.
We require confirmation of the number of guests in your party by 5pm one day prior to your reservation. If the individual responsible for the reservation does not confirm the booking and party size, we reserve the right to assume the reservation is not required and offer the opening to other guests. We prepare and charge for the confirmed number of guests regardless of actual numbers.
